The Customer Service Representative is a key role at Paymentus, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients' mutual customers. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Payment Processing: Process payments for our clients' mutual customers, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on payment processing and related topics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to improve client satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Adherence to Scripts: Follow established call center scripts and processes when handling customer inquiries.
- Attendance and Availability: Regular and predictable attendance is essential, including working on Statutory Holidays and as needed by the business.
- Experience: Minimum two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Education: Secondary school diploma or minimum of high school diploma.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English and Spanish.
This role operates in a professional office environment, requiring the ability to work at a desk in front of a laptop for extended periods with regular breaks.
