Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Khela Excavating Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, managing office supplies, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to senior management, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Office Operations: Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to electronic enquiries, and provide customer service.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with arranging travel, making reservations, and setting up information filing systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
