Job Title: English Language Instructor - CUPE Fall 2024

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified English Language Instructor to join our team as a Corrector for the ENG1100 Workshop in Essay Writing course. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the professor to assist in the correction of tests, essays, and exams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the correction of tests, essays, and exams under the supervision of the professor.
  • Work with students to improve their writing skills and provide feedback on their work.
  • Develop and implement effective grading strategies to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the professor to develop and implement course materials and assessments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Arts in English Literature or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
