We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Maintenance Labourer to join our team at 1863931 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging ditches and trenches, spreading sand or salt on sidewalks, and loading and unloading trucks with supplies and equipment.
- Operate jackhammers and drills to break up pavement and assist in routine maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespersons with various tasks and projects.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a maintenance or laborer role is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Steel-toed safety boots and safety equipment/gear are required.
- Competitive hourly rate.
