Maintenance Labourer Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Maintenance Labourer to join our team at Mutual Property Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform various maintenance tasks, including digging ditches and trenches, operating jackhammers and drills, and loading and unloading trucks with supplies and equipment.
  • Assist skilled tradespersons with routine maintenance and repair of equipment.
  • Ensure the safety and security of our properties by performing tasks such as sweeping debris and removing snow from streets, sidewalks, and building grounds.
  • Operate heavy equipment and vehicles, including trucks and snowplows, as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a maintenance or labourer role is an asset.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
