About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Super Printers & Stationery Ltd. as an Administrative Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including opening and distributing mail, establishing office procedures, and maintaining inventory.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Bookkeeping and Financial Management: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Answer electronic enquiries, respond to customer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
