- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Bookkeeping and Financial Management: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Communication and Customer Service: Answer electronic enquiries, respond to customer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
- Language: Fluency in English
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
