Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at Preet Ravi Petroleum LTD. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations. You will also manage staff and assign duties, determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credits policies.

- Determine merchandise and services to be sold
- Implement price and credits policies
- Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Determine staffing requirements
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- Oversee payroll administration
- Conduct performance reviews
This role is based in a retail business environment.
SupervisionYou will be responsible for supervising 1 to 2 people, 3-4 people, or 5-10 people.
