Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Evaluate store operations and implement changes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Plan and organize daily store activities, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Manage staff and assign duties, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement price and credits policies, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, maintaining a high level of product knowledge and quality.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring financial stability and growth.
- Determine staffing requirements, ensuring adequate coverage and support for store operations.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages, in a timely and professional manner.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
- Conduct performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to support staff development and growth.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
This is a permanent position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
