Job Summary:

Northern Reflections is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team through effective coaching, training, and development programs.
  • Manage store operations, including expense control, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive business results.
  • Recruit, select, and develop top-level sales associates to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of retail management experience in a specialty store, preferably apparel.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience in developing and motivating high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in retailing, business, or a related field.
