Retail Store Leadership Opportunity

The Cabin Depot NL is seeking a seasoned Store Manager to lead our retail operations and drive sales growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and developing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales growth strategies to increase profitability
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve store targets
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability to meet customer demand
  • Oversee merchandising and maintain visual standards in the store to enhance the customer experience
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Utilize point-of-sale systems for transactions and inventory management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail sales management with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management to drive business growth
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies and market trends to stay ahead of the competition
  • Familiarity with sales management techniques to drive sales growth
  • Ability to analyze data to drive decision-making and inform business strategies
  • Previous experience in a retail sales role is a plus
