Nike - Store Director

**Retailors, une filiale de Fox Group (plus de 9 000 employés dans le monde), est un détaillant de premier plan à croissance rapide, spécialisé dans le segment du sport et de l'athlétisme, et est un partenaire mondial de choix pour exploiter les points de vente Nike en Europe, au Canada et en Israël.**
Dans le cadre de nos plans d'expansion au Canada, nous sommes à la recherche d'un directeur de magasin expérimenté pour diriger l'équipe de vente au détail de notre nouveau magasin Eaton de Montréal. Ce poste relève directement du directeur des opérations de détail. En tant que directeur de magasin, vous jouerez un rôle crucial en menant nos opérations de vente au détail vers de nouveaux sommets de succès.
**Voici quelques-unes de vos tâches**:
**Performances commerciales et de vente**:
- Réalisation du budget des ventes
- Soutenir les équipes de tous les départements dans toutes leurs capacités pour atteindre le budget.
- Analyser et contrôler les indicateurs clés de performance du magasin quotidiennement, hebdomadairement et mensuellement afin de mettre en œuvre des plans d'action pour atteindre les indicateurs clés de performance ciblés.
- Élaborer un plan d'affaires et coordonner l'exécution et la mise en œuvre de manière transversale avec le soutien de chaque département.
- Communiquer les plans d'affaires et les stratégies au directeur des opérations de détail et au directeur général du Canada.
- Identifier les possibilités d'amélioration des performances. Travailler avec les partenaires du bureau à domicile pour élaborer des stratégies visant à améliorer les performances.
- Maximiser les ventes par catégorie.
- Analyser les performances par catégorie et s'associer à l'équipe de merchandising pour valider le plan d'action visant à améliorer les performances.
**Personnel et leadership**
- Diriger et encadrer chaque collaborateur direct afin qu'il atteigne son meilleur niveau de performance.
- Il est responsable de la croissance et du développement de ses subordonnés directs afin de leur permettre d'accéder à des postes de niveau supérieur.
- Contrôler en permanence l'exécution des techniques de vente de Retailors afin d'obtenir les meilleurs résultats quantitatifs et qualitatifs (i.e. mystery shops).
- Former en permanence l'équipe de vente sur la manière d'offrir une expérience d'achat de qualité, en observant la salle de vente et en fournissant un retour d'information en conséquence.
- Attirer, motiver et fidéliser le personnel.
- Travailler en collaboration avec le service d'acquisition de talents pour recruter des membres en fonction de la vision et de l'image de la marque.
- Gérer l'évaluation des performances et les plans de développement pour tous les collaborateurs directs. Traiter les problèmes de performance et créer des plans de développement.
- Développer une structure d'équipe qui facilite et maximise les performances individuelles et collectives.
- Optimiser le personnel en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise
- Approuver et contrôler les horaires des magasins, en veillant au respect des politiques du manuel, y compris les dates d'interdiction et les règles relatives aux heures supplémentaires.
**Opérations en magasin**:
- Excellence dans l'expérience et l'image du magasin
- Garantir la mise en œuvre des directives VM selon les normes de la marque
- Veiller au respect des procédures et des meilleures pratiques en matière d'opérations de vente au détail.
- Bien connaître le manuel des processus et des procédures.
- Travailler en partenariat avec le directeur des opérations de détail pour garantir le respect des politiques et procédures de prévention des pertes et identifier de manière proactive les tendances qui permettent d'atteindre tous les objectifs en matière d'inventaire.
- Se tenir au courant de toutes les politiques et procédures figurant dans le manuel de politique du personnel.
**Voici ce que nous recherchons**:
- Au moins cinq ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la vente au détail dans un rôle de gestion de plusieurs départements.
- Compétences avérées en matière de commerce, de communication, de relations interpersonnelles et de service à la clientèle.
- Motivé(e) et capable de travailler sous pression et de respecter ou de dépasser les délais avec un minimum de supervision.
- Capacité à inspirer et à motiver des équipes, à défendre et à conduire des équipes dans le changement.
- Capacité à s'adapter à un environnement de vente au détail en évolution rapide.
- Doit être bilingue (anglais et français)
- Doit travailler pendant les heures de vente au détail - les jours de semaine et les fins de semaine, les soirs et les jours fériés.
