We are seeking a skilled Paid Acquisition Strategist to enhance our dynamic team at Flywheel. The ideal candidate recognizes that effective online advertising hinges on performance, which is driven by a blend of strategy, creativity, and technical expertise.
At Flywheel, we collaborate with leading high-growth digital consumer brands, including lululemon, Good Inside, Willful, and DUER. In this role, you will engage directly with these clients, overseeing the strategy and implementation of their paid acquisition initiatives. You will report to the Director of Paid Growth and lead a small team that is expected to expand.
Our approach to 'paid acquisition' is comprehensive. You will not only navigate advertising platforms but also manage visual content, offer conversion rate optimization (CRO) insights, and strategically assess your clients' customer acquisition cost (CAC) in relation to their lifetime value (LTV).
This position is full-time and remote-first, ideally suited for someone with experience managing substantial monthly budgets.
Key Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will possess 4-8 years of experience or equivalent expertise in the following areas:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
- Best Practices for Campaign Optimization
- CRO Analysis
- Copywriting Skills
- Google Analytics Proficiency
- Client Communication

Compensation: The salary range for this role is between $85,000 and $105,000 CAD.
