Railway Maintenance Operations Manager

Join CAD Industries Ferroviaires Ltée as a key member of our team and take on the challenge of managing our railway maintenance operations. As a Railway Maintenance Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance of our fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are in top condition and ready for service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of supervisors to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize maintenance operations.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in a rail maintenance environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance, work order, and scheduling techniques.
- Ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
