Job Summary:

Capital Ford Lincoln Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and transparent experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, determining their vehicle needs through a thorough walk-around inspection and test drive.
  • Repair Order Management: Produce accurate and transparent repair orders, including cost and time estimates, ensuring proper authorization from customers for all work performed.
  • Sales and Customer Satisfaction: Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction index, providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
  • Warranty Administration: Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Professionalism and Communication: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, confident in interacting with customers and staff from diverse backgrounds.
  • Listening and Problem-Solving: Develop effective listening skills to address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Goal-Oriented: Demonstrate a strong desire to provide high-level customer service and achieve targeted goals.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license to perform job duties.
