We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Rehab First Inc. in Ontario, Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical and cognitive abilities
- Develop personalized treatment plans to address clients' needs
- Provide occupational therapy services in various settings, including clinics, communities, homes, and workplaces
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Prepare and submit case notes and reports
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
- Current registration or working towards registration with COTO
- Valid CPR certificate
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months
