About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Deskside Support Analyst to join our Modern Workspace Managed Services team at CDW. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to end-users, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate with end-users to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles and documentation for Service Desk use.
- Participate in projects and initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building.
- 2+ years of Service Desk or End User Support operations experience involving Deskside support.
- Experience using technology platforms such as ITIL-based ITSM, Device Management, and Screen Sharing.
- Ability to clearly communicate in verbal and written formats.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
