Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at A&W Restaurant Gravenhurst. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Evaluate and optimize our daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery, including managing inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate our team members to achieve their full potential, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for our customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering, stocking, and maintenance of inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of our operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity, to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
