Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate our team members to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
  • Financial Management: Manage labor costs, inventory, and other expenses to maintain profitability.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
