About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager - Business Operations to join our team at A&W Restaurant Gravenhurst. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
  • Operations Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory to ensure that stock levels are maintained and that waste is minimized.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
