About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
