We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at Omya. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies to minimize equipment downtime and optimize maintenance activities.
- Conduct root cause failure analysis to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements and equipment upgrades.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including maintenance procedures, equipment specifications, and reliability metrics.
- Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel on reliability engineering principles and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and reliability engineering, preferably in a major industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles, including RCM, FMEA, and root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in SAP/CMMS and other maintenance management software.
