About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at YK TRUCK & TRAILER REPAIR LTD. in a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule appointments, and order office supplies.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Computer Skills: Utilize Google Docs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Access to perform administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
