Role Summary:
As a Junior MRP Controller, you will work under close supervision to schedule and oversee production activities, ensuring the timely availability of parts at workstations. You will serve as the primary liaison between Production and Supply Management, providing assistance to Intermediate and Senior MRP Controllers as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that manufactured or procured parts are accessible at the designated workstations.
2. Analyze requirements and transactions to maintain accurate part coverage.
3. Release orders, shop orders, and material calls based on the production master calendar, adhering to established manufacturing strategies.
4. Generate and issue schedules for sub-assemblies in alignment with the master calendar.
5. Maintain material master parameters to guarantee inventory availability, optimization, and cost reduction strategies.
6. Execute transactions to provide and maintain accurate information in a timely manner within SAP, including COGI.
7. Escalate and monitor emergencies until resolution, including tracking parts held by Quality Assurance and reintegrating them into the production schedule.
8. Implement changes to production orders to reflect the latest revisions of technical documentation and parts applications, ensuring updates are visible on the shop floor.
9. Determine the required quantities of manufactured and purchased parts in inventory, considering value, deadlines, space, and shelf life in relation to budgetary goals.
10. Maintain and implement the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) for your designated scope of work.
11. Perform machine loading functions and analyze future production loads.
12. Provide support for Business Operations.
13. Carry out other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
A college diploma in Industrial Engineering or a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or a related field is required.

Preferred Skills:
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel
- General knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems
- Familiarity with MRP concepts
- Knowledge of SAP systems
