Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Coast Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 11-15 food and beverage servers to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality.
- Quality Control: Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Serving It Right Certificate.
As a Food Service Supervisor at Coast Restaurant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and work under pressure.
