Position Overview

WestRock is a prominent entity in the realm of sustainable packaging and paper solutions, committed to innovation and environmental responsibility. As a Sales Representative, your primary duty will be to cultivate and sustain relationships with clients within the designated region. You will strive to meet individual sales objectives while uncovering new business prospects in your territory. Success in this position requires excellent communication abilities, proficiency with technology, and prior experience in the corrugated sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively drive towards achieving collective objectives
  • Formulate strategic business plans for each client and nurture account relationships
  • Leverage company resources to deliver enhanced services
  • Assist in identifying and developing new market opportunities
  • Evaluate sales forecasts and prepare financial plans

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma is mandatory; Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience or equivalent background
  • Experience in the corrugated sector is highly preferred
  • Capability to operate from a home office and travel within the assigned territory
  • Exceptional communication skills are essential
