Your Role

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing client partnerships, driving campaign strategies, and collaborating with colleagues to optimize processes and achieve campaign objectives. Your interactions will primarily involve business owners, executives, and marketing teams across various sectors, with a special emphasis on landscaping and home services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our goal of empowering 2,000 entrepreneurs each year by ensuring client satisfaction and achieving campaign objectives.
  • Manage and renew digital marketing campaigns valued between $40,000 and $100,000 annually, while expanding accounts by delivering additional value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative solutions and integrated marketing strategies for clients.
  • Engage with business owners and executives to align with their marketing goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance to implement tactical improvements.
  • Achieve a Net Promoter Score of 70 or higher.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and communications promptly.
  • Adhere to our established processes to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and agencies.
  • Keep accurate records of account history and activities in our CRM system.

Success Metrics:

  • Meet or exceed revenue and renewal targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Gain insights into revenue models and effective marketing strategies.
  • Utilize analytics tools to report on campaign success.
  • Communicate marketing strategies effectively to clients.
  • Handle challenging conversations with confidence and professionalism.
  • Deliver a Marketing Action Plan presentation and lead renewal discussions within your first six months.
  • Independently manage your accounts and conduct client sessions within your first eight months.

Qualifications:

We seek candidates with a background in sales and client management, strong communication skills, and experience presenting to diverse groups.

Essential Skills:

  • A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in digital marketing and client account management.
  • Familiarity with the landscaping industry is a plus.
  • A passion for supporting entrepreneurs and business owners.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts is advantageous.
  • Experience in a marketing agency setting is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with G-Suite, including Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Confidence in presenting to teams and executives.
  • Knowledge of WordPress and email marketing platforms is an asset.
