Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Real Estate clients, understanding their business needs and providing them with tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our Real Estate portfolio.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis of our clients' businesses, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Credit Risk Management: Assess and manage credit risk for our clients, ensuring that we are providing them with the best possible financial solutions.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our internal teams, including sales, risk, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of our services to our clients.
Requirements:
- Commercial Banking Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial banking, with a focus on Real Estate.
- Real Estate Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Real Estate industry, including market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Business Development and Client Relationship Management: Proven track record of business development and client relationship management, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients.
- Credit Skills: Strong credit skills, including assessment of risk and financial analysis, credit structuring/solutions, and presenting the deal.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to clients.
