Senior Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Planner to join our team at J.L. Richards & Associates Limited. As a Senior Planner, you will play a key role in developing and implementing land use policies and strategies that promote sustainable and resilient communities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Municipal, County, District, and Regional Official Plans and specific policies such as Waterfront and Additional Residential Units.
- Conduct research and policy reviews to inform land use decisions.
- Assist in the undertaking of land development applications for the private, not-for-profit, and public sectors.
- Develop Consultation Strategies and implement them through stakeholder and public consultations.
- Identify and respond to client needs and regulatory requirements.
