Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive financial plans with varying levels of complexity, working closely with regional advisors to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client data, create tailored financial planning proposals, and provide expert advice to meet client goals.
- Collaborate with the regional advisor to efficiently gather client data, ensuring timely and accurate financial planning.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to provide expert guidance to clients.
- Participate in tracking opportunities derived from financial planning work to identify trends and support solution implementation.
- Contribute to an inclusive work environment, fostering a culture of collaboration and customer focus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a financial planner and/or client-facing advisor.
- Degree in business, commerce, or financial planning.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or equivalent IQPF designation for Quebec residents.
- Demonstrated comprehensive financial planning experience in a similar role.
- Life License (LLQP) for provinces other than Quebec; or the title financial security advisor from Quebec, or a willingness to complete.
