Position Overview

San Miguel Foods Ltd. is seeking a dedicated **Food Service Supervisor** to oversee our culinary operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our food preparation and service.

Qualifications
  • **Education**: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • **Experience**: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • **Work Schedule Management**: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
  • **Staff Supervision**: Lead and coordinate the activities of a team responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • **Training**: Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • **Resource Estimation**: Assess and estimate the ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation.
  • **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all food and service offerings adhere to established quality control standards.
  • **Customer Relations**: Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • **Delivery Oversight**: Supervise and verify the delivery of food trolleys to ensure efficiency.
Supervisory Scope

This position involves supervising a team of **5-10 individuals**.
