The supervisor will be responsible for:
- Developing strategies to meet work schedules efficiently.
- Ordering food and kitchen supplies as needed.
- Training team members on their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Estimating the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensuring that food quality and service adhere to established standards.
- Preparing budget plans and cost estimates for operations.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Preparing and submitting detailed reports.
- Overseeing the assembly of food trays and delivery of food trolleys.
- Creating and managing work schedules for staff.
The supervisor will oversee a team of:
- 3-4 individuals or
- 5-10 individuals
Transportation options include:
