Key Responsibilities

The supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Developing strategies to meet work schedules efficiently.
  • Ordering food and kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Training team members on their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Estimating the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensuring that food quality and service adhere to established standards.
  • Preparing budget plans and cost estimates for operations.
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Preparing and submitting detailed reports.
  • Overseeing the assembly of food trays and delivery of food trolleys.
  • Creating and managing work schedules for staff.
Supervisory Responsibilities

The supervisor will oversee a team of:

  • 3-4 individuals or

Transportation and Travel
