As a Food Service Supervisor at San Miguel Foods Ltd., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our food service department. Your leadership will ensure that our culinary team meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Educational Requirements- Completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Develop and implement effective methods to achieve work schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that all food and service adhere to quality control standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Oversee the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
Work Environment- Fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
