Position Overview:
Reporting to the Yard Supervisor, the responsibilities for this role encompass the following:
• Exhibit behaviors and actions that align with Federated Co-operatives Limited's vision, mission, values, and safety principles to positively impact
members' lives, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Deliver exceptional service to members and guests through various communication channels.
• Foster positive relationships with yard, desk, and leadership teams.
• Arrive at work with a positive, professional demeanor and reliability for all scheduled shifts.
• Efficiently load and unload products while ensuring the cleanliness and organization of merchandise in the yard.
• Process orders, receive shipments, deliver, unload products, and conduct inventory counts.
• Provide customer carry-out service and product assembly as needed.
• Complete necessary documentation in accordance with departmental standards.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
You are seeking a career in Home & Building Products and Customer Service:
• You possess a grade 12 education or equivalent experience; prior customer service and home center/building materials experience are
advantageous.
• You are honest, trustworthy, results-driven, and strive for excellence in your work.
• You are well-organized and capable of achieving high productivity with minimal supervision.
• You value relationship-building, collaborating to deliver meaningful solutions, and appreciate the diverse perspectives that contribute to shared goals.
• You can thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• You have a flexible work schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
