Reporting to the Yard Supervisor, responsibilities for this position include the following: 
• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a 
difference in member’s lives, with a strong customer focused approach
• Provide legendary service to members and guests through various touch points and communication channels
• Build positive relationships with the yard, desk, and leadership teams
• Come to work with a positive, professional attitude and be dependable for all shifts
• Load and unload merchandise while maintaining the cleanliness and order of merchandise in the yard
• Fill orders, receive freight, deliver, unload product, and preform inventory counts 
• Perform customer carry-out service and product assembly, as requested
• Complete required paperwork base on department standards
• Follow company policies and procedures 
• Perform other duties, as assigned

Who You Are: 
You are looking for a career in Home & Building Products and Customer Service:
• You have a grade 12 education or equivalent experience; previous customer service and home centre/building materials experience are 
considered an asset 
• You’re honest, trustworthy, results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do
• You’re well-organized and capable of attaining a high-level of production with a minimum amount of supervision
• You believe in building relationships, collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different 
perspectives bring to meet shared objectives. 
• You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment 
• You have a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays
