Position Overview:
Reporting to the Yard Supervisor, the responsibilities of this role encompass the following:

• Exhibit behaviors and actions that align with Federated Co-operatives Limited's vision, mission, values, and safety protocols to positively impact
members' lives, emphasizing a strong customer-centric approach.

• Deliver exceptional service to members and guests through various communication channels and touchpoints.

• Foster positive relationships with the yard, administrative, and leadership teams.

• Arrive at work with a positive, professional demeanor and demonstrate reliability for all scheduled shifts.

• Efficiently load and unload merchandise while ensuring the cleanliness and organization of products in the yard.

• Process orders, receive shipments, deliver and unload products, and conduct inventory counts as required.

• Provide customer carry-out services and product assembly upon request.

• Complete necessary documentation in accordance with departmental standards.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

• Possess a grade 12 education or equivalent experience; prior customer service and home center/building materials experience are advantageous.

• Demonstrate honesty, trustworthiness, and a results-oriented mindset, striving for excellence in all endeavors.

• Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to achieve high productivity levels with minimal supervision.

• Value relationship-building, collaboration, and recognize the importance of diverse perspectives in achieving common goals.
