- Devise a service strategy that addresses specific client needs while promoting our offerings.
- Continuously monitor business performance, pinpointing areas for improvement and suggesting strategic modifications.
- Market Expansion: Formulate strategies to penetrate new markets or solidify our position in existing ones.
- Utilize data analysis and KPIs to guide strategic decisions.
- Proactively develop new accounts and business opportunities through targeted prospecting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay ahead of market trends and anticipate client requirements.
- Revenue Growth: Create a robust business plan.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships aimed at growth.
- Work with teams to develop solutions that maximize client investments in our services.
- Collaborate with colleagues to draft compelling service proposals.
- Implement significant improvements in sales or CRM processes on a quarterly basis.
- Oversee sales and marketing teams to ensure the successful execution of business development strategies.
- A university degree in business administration, management, or a related field, with a focus on information technology or strategic management. An MBA is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a business development role, ideally within the IT sector.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of driving growth.
- A deep understanding of emerging trends and technologies in the IT landscape.
- Insight into the strategic and commercial factors influencing client decision-making.
- Proven ability to devise and implement effective business strategies that foster growth and profitability.
- An innovative mindset to cultivate sustainable business relationships.
- Fluency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
