About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Manager to join our team at Toronto Pallet Pro Inc. As an Office Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions of our office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing records, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Human Resources: Train and supervise office support staff, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Compliance: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • 1 to 2 people supervised.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
