Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Can-Earth Immigrations. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to other team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Office Procedures: Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines to improve productivity and workflow.
- Recruitment Strategies: Plan and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our organization.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
- Communication Strategies: Oversee the development of communication strategies to ensure effective internal and external communication.
- Data Management: Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions.
- Reporting: Oversee the preparation of reports to support business objectives.
- Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Front Desk Reception: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to support business operations.
- Language: Fluency in French is required.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Google Docs and MS Office.
- Personal Qualities: Ability to multitask, flexibility, and a high level of organization.
