Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at N. S. LAW CORPORATION.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes managing office supplies, maintaining records, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing and data entry.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:
