Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide accurate and timely quotes, follow-ups, and excellent customer service to clients.
  • Collaborate with the project estimator to obtain cost of materials, outside services, labor, and material (inventoried) costs.
  • Prepare professional proposals with clear specifications and relevant technical details.
  • Maximize the hit ratio of closing orders, assess the impact of pricing, delivery, and capabilities.
  • Share relevant competitive information with management and outside Sales Representatives.
  • Perform quality after-sale service to gather specific order information and provide scheduling updates as required.
  • Prospect new and stale accounts.
  • Update CRM with customer contact and relevant information.
Our Offer:
  • Salary: $60,000-$70,000 based on experience.
  • Benefits after 3 months of service.
  • Schedule - Monday to Friday.
  • Weekly pay every Thursday by direct deposit.
Our Requirements:
  • 3-5 years in a similar Inside Sales Representative role.
  • Exposure to technical products and technical sales.
  • Ability to perform basic math including calculations of margin.
  • Strong telephone presentation skills.
  • May require occasional travel to various trade shows.
