Richelieu Hardware is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area. As an Outside Sales Professional, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and promoting sales to industrial customers within a designated territory.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships to drive sales growth and new business development.
  • Manage territory to achieve maximum productivity while controlling costs.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential sales opportunities and provide solutions.
  • Service existing customer base, make sales calls on new potential customers, and grow market share.
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions, and provide market intelligence to the sales manager.
  • Develop, update, and maintain customer information in the Richelieu customer relations management system.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Energetic sales professional with a strong work ethic.
  • Self-disciplined with a high sense of urgency and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Reliable personal vehicle, personal computer, and tablet required.
