Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Super Save Group of Companies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with existing clients, while actively seeking out new business opportunities within the construction and rental industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Utilize industry knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to meet the unique requirements of each client
  • Drive revenue growth by closing sales and exceeding targets in a competitive market
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience: 2-3 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably within the construction or rental industry
  • Industry knowledge: A solid understanding of construction equipment, tools, and services
  • Prospecting skills: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective prospecting and cold calling
  • CRM proficiency: Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics) to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines
  • Valid driver's license: Must possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle and be willing to travel within the GTA and surrounding areas
