We are looking for a dedicated Home and Community Physiotherapist to provide specialized physiotherapy services to clients in their own residences and within the community of Toronto. As an essential part of our healthcare organization, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being of individuals.

We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time positions.

This role may be ideal for you if:

The ideal Physiotherapist will possess:

  • Current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate relationships
  • A valid Driver's License (G2/G) and a reliable, insured vehicle
  • Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) completed within the last 12 months (or in process), along with a current Criminal Records Check
  • Preferably an ADP Authorizer
