Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team in Toronto. As a vital member of our healthcare organization, you will be responsible for providing specialized physiotherapy care to individuals in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide physiotherapy services to individuals in the comfort of their own homes and within the community.
  • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and education to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Valid Driver's License (G2/G) and reliable insured vehicle.
  • Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) within 12 months of hire (or in process), with a current Criminal Records Check.
  • Preferably an ADP Authorizer.
