About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hr Implementation Specialist to join our team at ADP, Inc. As a key member of our Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) Implementation organization, you will be responsible for the end-to-end successful implementation of our HR components.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement HR solutions to new and existing ADP clients, adhering to our Implementation Methodology.
  2. Assume responsibility and accountability for client projects, ensuring client satisfaction and engagement.
  3. Partner with sales and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition through the implementation stage.
  4. Analyze client HR needs via virtual meetings to determine necessary setup.
  5. Configure ADP products following account-specific guidelines.
  6. Apply industry and product knowledge to optimize system configurations.
  7. Provide regular implementation status reports to stakeholders, highlighting critical issues.
  8. Ensure accuracy of all aspects of client setup through collaboration and testing.
  9. Communicate client responsibilities and keep them on track with their tasks.
  10. Formally track issues and orchestrate resolutions.
  11. Responsible for ensuring quality of implementation and achieving quality survey targets.
  12. Facilitate and schedule calls to accomplish analysis, walkthroughs, validation, first use, and troubleshooting.
  13. Provide support to assigned clients until turned over to the Transition Team/Client Services.
  14. Manage own workload while providing service excellence.
  15. Provide local on-site training for clients requiring further support.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in HR capacity.
  2. Strong MS Office Skills (Word/Excel) required.
  3. Project management knowledge.
  4. General knowledge of operating systems.
  5. Canadian Benefits experience.
  6. Effective communication skills.
  7. Ability to collaborate and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
