About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that work schedules are met and quality control standards are maintained.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with frequent standing and walking.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of energy throughout the shift.
