Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Wendy's. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that they have a positive experience at our restaurant.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that they are adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, with a strong background in food service management.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
