Position Overview

KeAnu Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Adviser to enhance our client interactions and support our commitment to exceptional service.

Employment Details

  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to both written and verbal inquiries from clients.
  • Assist in creating promotional materials, reports, and newsletters.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Provide detailed information regarding services offered.
  • Facilitate refunds and credits as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics related to client interactions.
  • Gather and analyze relevant information to effectively address client feedback and inquiries.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the team.
  • Log and manage complaints efficiently.
  • Process payments and explain relevant procedures, risks, and benefits to clients.
  • Consult with clients post-sale to ensure ongoing support.
Required Experience
  • Experience in a call center environment is preferred.
