Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional assistance to customers both in-person and via phone
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and service appointments
  • Manage new contracts, create customer profiles, and arrange installations as necessary
  • Generate and distribute service work orders and route tickets, finalize work orders, and process billing upon completion
  • Encourage and promote additional products and services to existing and prospective customers
  • Schedule walk-in and phone sales leads with the Sales Team
  • Conduct accounts receivable collections and related communications, forwarding outstanding invoices as needed
  • Handle cash transactions, operate the cash register and POS system, balance cash, prepare bank deposits, and reconcile receipts, payment batches, and petty cash
  • Refer unresolved customer issues to the appropriate departments for further resolution
Qualifications
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong desire to assist others
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both on the phone and in person
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer applications
