We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Director to join our team at CASTLE STEAKHOUSE. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, as well as managing the daily operations of the kitchen.
Responsibilities- Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to create new and innovative menu items that showcase our commitment to quality and excellence.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of all kitchen supplies and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment for all kitchen staff, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Team Leadership: Foster a positive and productive team environment, encouraging open communication and collaboration among all kitchen staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
